Our nylon Miniature Horse halters are made of 3/4 inch nylon, double ply webbing with brass plated hardware. The chin is adjustable. The holes are burned. Pictured below is the extra small foal halter....pictured on a 1 month old foal.

Small fits foals from approximately 3 months to 9 months, or up to about 26 inches tall. (Adjusts on the nose from 13" to 18"....from cheek to cheek....20" to 25")
Medium fits minis from 28 inches tall to approximately 32 inches tall. ( Adjusts on the nose from 14" to 19"....from cheek over the poll to the other cheek....23" to 28" )
Large fits minis from 32 inches tall to approximately 36 inches tall. ( Adjusts on the nose from 17" to 21"....from cheek over the poll to the other cheek....27" to 32" )
Ex Large fits minis over 36 inches tall to 40 inch tall. (Adjusts on the nose from 18" to 23".....from cheek over the poll to the other cheek.....28" to 33")

Great Fit- Good Quality
I buy these all the time for my young Donkeys. I provide a halter to my new buyers and these are a perfect fit. If you’ve ever looked for a Donkey halter you know it’s impossible to find one that fits well. I buy small and they fit on my donkeys up to 4 to 5 months old. The quality is great and there are adjustable straps. I highly recommend these.

Great Quality
I bought these for my donkeys & they are very well made. The nylon ones are very sturdy and sewn well along the buckles. The price is better than I’ve found elsewhere online & shipping is prompt.

Foal Halters
If you've every tried to buy a mini donkey halter in supply stores, it's nearly impossible to find a good fit. Mini Express was very helpful advising me on the size I needed for a 3 month old mini donkey and the halter fits perfectly. There is room for adjustment as he grows so I highly recommend these halters and this company.

Donkey Halters
It's difficult to find an affordable, quality halter for my mini donkey foals. They were very helpful helping me decide the size to get and even let me return a halter in the past when I bought one for my adult donkey that was too small. Their foal halters prices are half of some of the other places I checked and the quality is the same or better.

Love it!
I gave it an average rating cause it’s not the most high quality halter BUT it works for my hard to fit 37” miniature and that’s what counts!!! He loves it it fits his nose with room to spare.
