We ship all our products via US mail. We can not offer overnight shipping as we are in a rural area, as most of us mini owners are, and it is not guaranteed. We do not ship via UPS or FEDEX. We ship  Worldwide.  Including Canada and Mexico. We do recommend orders shipping out of the United States to confirm shipping charges with us via email.  At times, the web site does not calculate correct shipping charges and we are able to give you a more accurate idea as to what actual shipping charges would be.  If you place an order and are over charged on shipping, we will issue a refund as we only charge actual shipping costs.  No handling fees. 

Most shipments are shipped within 24 hours via priority mail or flat rate , which usually is 2 to 3 business days to receive. If the shipment, like a saddle is oversize or extra heavy, we will ship regular mail which could be up to 5 to 6 days delivery. If we are out of stock on an item or color, we will email you. Please check your email as some customers do not and we would like to offer the fastest shipping on your order. If you need the order asap, please note that in the comments box on the order form.

Also, the check out system figures the shipping charges, and if the charges are too high,  we will ship the order the fastest and cheapest way possible.  At times we  can ship the order flat rate and save you on shipping charges. If that is the case, we will issue a refund. If the shipping it too high, we will always issue a refund and charge you what the real time cost is to ship.   Feel free to email us if you would like a shipping quote on your order before you place it.

Now and then we have incentives and sales which sometimes will offer free shipping.
Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $ a certain amount or more, your order ships FREE!

Mini Express guarantees all of our products for quality . If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for either an exchange or refund. All you pay is shipping charges to you and shipping charges to return to us.
Please return in 10 days. Refunds are issued in approximately 2 weeks from receipt. 
We can not accept returns on special order sizes or products.
Saddles are not returnable as we have had minis disagree with having the saddle on, start rolling or explode and damage the saddles.
Returns after 30 days are not eligible for refunds.  Also, products may vary from the items pictured as each shipment can vary from color pictured.
